Clinical Administrator (RN) - $10,000 Sign-On Incentive
As a Clinical Administrator, you'll serve as Administrative Resource and lead management functions through non-business hours (evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends) for the institution.
The Clinical Administrator assists hospital staff in problem-solving and service delivery within departments.
As Clinical Administrator, you'll provide the administrative presence addressing patient/family concerns and issues related to service delivery.
In addition to, you'll assist in problem solving amongst nursing care, coordinate bed assignments, and eliminate barriers related to throughout/patient dispositions.
At times, the Clinical Administrator may have to hop in as a staff resource and preform direct patient care appropriate to their level of knowledge, skill and training.
Requirements:
1.
Current VA RN License2.
AHA, BLS, HCP Certifications or equivalent3.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an Accredited Program4.
Minimum of 3 years of Acute Care bedside of experience in combination of 2 years of nursing management experienceJob Type:
